Lexus not starting after battery swap

Did a battery replacement on my 2015 Lexus RX350 this weekend. But now it's not starting. Dashboard lights are not even on.
I have double-checked the terminals and I don't see anything wrong. It's my first time doing this kind of maintenance myself, so I'm wondering if I missed something?

Sometimes the battery disconnect can trip the car's main fuse or security system, I'd say you should check the fuse box first for any blown fuses and make sure the battery terminals are tight enoughand clean. sometimes Lexuses need a reset procedure after battery replacement, try locking and unlocking with the key fob

Connection issue imo.. If the dash is completely dead, even with a new battery, check that the terminals are tight, clean and the battery has a good charge. Also take a look at the main fuse or fusible link, its easy to blow one during a battery swap. Happens more often than you'd think, especially on first tries.

First thing I'd check is the main fuse and fusible link, sometimes disconnecting/reconnecting a battery can blow them
