Brake and AC issues, need help

Got a 2001 IS200 LHD with a few issues I need addressed. ABS and TRAC dash lights are on, most likely a sensor, but code reader shows nothing and paperclip test isnt working right. Parking brake light stays on, possibly due to a bad handbrake switch or dead center stop light, not too sure. AC blows only HOT air and makes a short whirring noise at start up. Once these are okay, I'll move on to performance upgrades. Got advices for me? Please drop 'em down

Handbrake switch or wiring might cause that light, for AC you can inspect compressor and refrigerant levels first

The compressor is good, but what about the clutch? If it doesn't engage you won't get cold air. For the other problems, I'm guessing it's bad sensors, it's a 25 year old car
